When I was in school we brought our lunch in a brown bag with plastic baggies and a can of soda, and when we were done the bag, baggies and can went into the trash… every day. Scroll forward to today with our Lunch Box Container customer. Every morning our team receives electronic orders (EDI) from their multiple channels. We process those orders and our expert “pick and pack” team moves through the warehouse collecting all of the items necessary to complete the orders. Some items need to be assembled, some need special UPC stickers or J-hooks. For some we pack small single boxes, while other orders are large enough to encompass several skids. Whatever our client needs us to do to satisfy their customer, our team is ready to assist. After assembly the items are carefully labeled for shipping and sent out via UPS, FedEx, or LTL (less than truckload) to the final destination. If an order is to ship to an international location, that’s no problem for Fulfillplus. We have extensive experience shipping to countries all around the world. We’ll complete Commercial Invoices and work with our clients to identify the best way to ship each order according to their preferences. Basically, during this process we are their warehouse crew.

But the story doesn’t end here. As the orders are cleared and sent to the customer, our on-line inventory system allows our client to see how much of the product has been sold YTD, the last 90 days and the last 30 days. This allows them to better track inventory consumption and estimate when they’ll need to place new orders with their suppliers overseas or in the US. Today, we have many clients that order SKUs from all over the world. We are very familiar with the process of clearing US Customs and receiving inventories that arrive in 20 or 40 foot containers. Our staff will unload your containers, inspect, count and update inventory levels without interruption of daily shipments.
The final step is order tracking. Our customers get automatic emails providing tracking information on each order. This reduces calls to our client’s customer service centers allowing them to stay focused on the next order.
